40 Climbers will be accepted 
2 Days of Competition 

CLIMBER COMPETITOR REGISTRATION FEES

  • ACTC Member:  $250
  • Non-ACTC Member / Arizona Resident:  $280
  • Non-ACTC Member / Out of State Resident*:   $300

*Only climbers who are Arizona residents are allowed to compete in the Master Climb for the opportunity to represent ACTC in the Western ISA Competition.


CLIMBER COMPETITOR REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE

  • Thursday, March 14: 
    • Gear Inspection
    • Competition Shirt
    • Light Dinner
  • Friday, March 15:  
    • Competition Day 1
    • Breakfast
    • Lunch
    • Snacks
  • Saturday, March 16:  
    • Competition Day 2
    • Breakfast
    • Lunch
    • Snacks
    • Awards Program Dinner
    • Participation “Swag” Bag***

**Optional extra meals for family members are available for purchase for both Friday and Saturday meals. 

***To receive your Participation "Swag" Bag, competitor must compete in all 5 events, and be present at Awards Dinner on Saturday.


CLIMBER ACCEPTANCE & REGISTRATION

  • Climber registrations will be accepted on a first-come basis.
  • Up to 40 climbers will be accepted to compete; a wait-list will be used.
  • Accepted Climbers will need to submit a completed CLIMBER PACKET by February 1. A CLIMBER PACKET consists of the following:
    • Completed Online Registration form (all fields / questions answered)
    • Full Registration Payment
    • Signed Waiver
    • Other Necessary Information Requests from ACTC
  • If an accepted climber does not submit required payment and completed by February 1, the climber registration will be cancelled. The spot may then be offered to the next person on the wait-list.


EVENT REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

  • SUBSTITUTIONS / REPLACEMENTS are NOT allowed.
    • You may NOT substitute another climber for your cancelled spot.
  • Refund requests for Climber Registration fees must be submitted in writing via email or mail before March 1 to receive a refund.
