Personal Bio
Frank Saldaña is currently the General Manager at Arbor Tech, Inc. in Yuma Arizona. Frank has been a Certified Arborist for eighteen years and is currently a member of both the Western Chapter of the ISA and the Arizona Community Tree Council.
As a bilingual (English & Spanish) Certified Arborist, Frank has helped developed key training and safety programs in the Desert Southwest including Tree Worker safety (for local municipalities and the local military base), Proper Care of Trees (for the University of Arizona Cooperative Extension), and has also engaged in training in Internship programs helping teach and train future Arborist students. Frank’s interest in the Arboriculture industry is not only at the regional & state level. He has also participated in several ISA seminars and events internationally in Columbia, Sweden, Croatia (ETCC-volunteer), and Spain (with the Asociación Española de Arboricultura). Frank is a graduate of the University of Arizona.
